That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. 30-minute video call: you show us your terrace, and we recommend the model, size, and options — with no obligation.

Do you ship to Germany or Austria?

Switzerland is our main market — Germany and Austria on request. It’s best to email us with your address, and we’ll clarify shipping and installation.

Do I have a damage claim — who can help me?

Please report damage cases directly via our Damage Report Form — not via the video consultation. This ensures your request goes straight to the service team with all the details (order number, photos, description). You’ll receive a response within 24 hours.

How long does delivery take?

Standard models from our Spreitenbach warehouse: 3–5 working days. Custom sizes or special colours: 12–14 weeks. We will confirm the exact date during the consultation — based on your configuration and our current stock levels.

Do you also handle the installation?

Yes — our Swiss installation team will install your pergola directly on site. We coordinate the appointment after delivery, depending on the region within 2–4 weeks.

Self-assembly pays off: you save 15–25% of the total cost. You receive detailed illustrated installation instructions as well as step-by-step installation videos — everything you need to assemble your pergola neatly yourself. If you have questions during installation, you can reach us directly.

What does the consultation really cost? Any hidden fees?

Consultation is 100% free and non-binding — whether via video call, phone, or a showroom appointment. You’re not committing to anything. We only earn once you decide on a pergola. Measurement and configuration before ordering are also free.

What warranty do you offer?

10-year warranty on the aluminium structure, 5 years on motors, 2 years on electrics & LED. In the event of a warranty claim, we guarantee replacement or repair — submit your request directly via our Damage claim form.

How customized can I configure my pergola?

Highly customizable — size (up to 8×5 m), color (RAL palette), louver option, integrated LED strips, smart home integration, radiant heaters, side walls made of glass or fabric. In the free consultation, we’ll go through all the options with you and show you what’s possible on your terrace.
