After our pickup confirmation, you can stop by Planzer during opening hours and pick up the 3x4 m pavilion. When you arrive at the main entrance, you will notice a warehouse door where you can check in.

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will handle all services. We carry these out ourselves to ensure that you, as our customer, receive the best possible support. In addition, we keep all required spare parts in stock to ensure your warranty case is processed quickly and smoothly.
